Infinitely Funny

A very short poem about enlightenment by an unenlightened person

I met an old man who said he was enlightened

when I asked him to explain, what he said made me frightened:

“Sunbathing one day when it was gloriously sunny

my soul told me a joke that was infinitely funny

and right there on the spot

not a second after

I lost the plot

and died of laughter.”
